I was looking for a new baby carrier but wasn't sure which one to get. I read that many people recommended Babykanga and that Charlotte was happy to help choose the best carrier for your needs. I wrote to her on Facebook and received quick replies; I even got to come and try out the ones I was indecisive about! There was then a delivery issue that wasn't their fault, but Charlotte still took responsibility and contacted the manufacturer, who quickly made a new carrier and sent it out (free of charge) by express. It saved my upcoming trip! ❤️
