What payment methods do I offer?

At Baby Kanga you can choose between several different payment options:

  • Klarna (invoice, partial payment or direct payment)

  • Card payment (debit and credit cards, including American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Samsung Pay

  • Cryptocurrency (USDC)

There are no additional fees for payment.

Can I split the payment?

Yes. If you choose Klarna, in many cases you can choose to pay later, receive an invoice or split the payment.

When is the payment taken?

The payment is handled by the payment service you choose at checkout and is charged according to their terms.

2. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Sweden costs 69 SEK .

For orders over 1500 SEK I offer free shipping within Sweden .

For shipping to other countries, different conditions and prices apply. See here!

How long is the delivery time?

Normal delivery time is 5–8 working days .

If you choose express shipping, delivery time is usually 1–3 business days , depending on when the order is placed.

Orders received after 1:00 PM (Swedish time) will be shipped the next day at the earliest.

Which shipping companies are used?

Babykanga collaborates with several suppliers and some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Therefore, different shipping companies may be used depending on the product and supplier.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, Baby Kanga ships worldwide .

Not all international shipping options are always listed in the webshop. If you want to order from a country where shipping is not shown at checkout, please contact me and I will help you.

3. Returns & open purchase

Do I have an open purchase?

Yes, you have 14 days to return your order from the date you receive it.

How do I make a return?

You can make a return in two ways:

  • fill out the return form via the link in your order confirmation email

  • Contact me via email and let me know that you want to make a return.

How much does return shipping cost?

Return shipping within Sweden is SEK 69 and is paid by the customer.

For returns from other countries the cost varies depending on the destination. Contact me for price.

4. Product replacement

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, it is possible to exchange products.

Contact me within 14 days via email or Messenger and I will help you further.

5. Complaints

How do I make a complaint?

If you experience a defect with a product, please contact me and describe the problem. Please send pictures of the defect.

I will then forward the matter to the manufacturer who will assess whether it is a complaint. I will get back to you as soon as I have received a response.

6. Baby carrier rental

How long can you rent a baby carrier?

You can choose to rent a baby carrier for one or two weeks . (It is also possible to rent a longer period by agreement).

The rental period is always charged per week started . There is no refund for shorter rental periods.

How is the rental shipped?

The rental fee is sent with PostNord .

A return label is included in the package and return shipping is included in the rental price.

What happens if the rental is damaged?

If the damage occurs due to use that does not follow the instructions, the customer may be liable for compensation for the product.

Do I need to wash the rental before returning it?

No, laundry is done by Baby Kanga.

However, you are asked to:

  • avoid perfume when using

  • keep the harness away from furry animals

7. Products

Are the products new?

Yes, all products in the webshop are new unless otherwise stated .

Do you have your own warehouse?

Baby Kanga is a small company and in order to offer a wide range, many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.

Do you sell demo or used products?

Sometimes products that have been returned or demonstrated are sold, but then they are carefully checked and clearly labeled.

There is also a separate page with demo and used products .

8. Discount codes

How do discount codes work?

Discount codes usually apply to the regular price , unless otherwise stated.

In some promotions, the discount is automatically applied at checkout, while in other cases you need to enter the discount code yourself.

Can I get help choosing a baby carrier or wrap?

Yes, of course! I'm happy to help with advice.
