Undo purchase/Request return!

Do you want to cancel your purchase or request a return? Click on "View your order" in your order confirmation and then select "Request return". You can use this function without creating an account or logging in.

You do not need to state a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal, but please note that the product must be unused, or only gently tested (without perfume and not near pets), and the packaging, manual, and any warranty labels must be intact.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you use my return label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. I will refund the price of the item, minus standard shipping and return shipping.
Return shipping is SEK 69.
