Return and Refund Policy

Would you like to cancel your purchase or request a return? Click “View your order” in your order confirmation and then select “Request return”. You can use this function without creating an account or logging in.

You do not need to provide a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal, but please note that the product must be unused or only carefully tried on/tested without perfume and not near pets. The packaging, manual and any warranty tags must also be included.

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return or cancel your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, or only carefully tried on/tested, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt, proof of purchase, or be able to provide the relevant order number.

If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that I can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for custom orders or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-day Right of Withdrawal in the EU

If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right, regardless of the above, to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide any specific reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at info@babykangacarrier.se.

Baby Kanga will issue the refund as soon as the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be made no later than 10 days from the date the Customer notified Baby Kanga that they wished to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, Baby Kanga has the right to withhold the refund until the item has been received in return, or until the Customer has provided a receipt or other documentation showing that the item has been sent back.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which is SEK 69 within Sweden. The refund will therefore cover the product/products purchased by the Customer, minus the return shipping cost, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: For custom orders, where a product is made according to the Customer’s wishes, returns are not accepted unless there is a fault with the product.
