Shop terms and conditions
Normal delivery time is 5-8 working days, delivery time may be slightly longer to the USA. (Longer delivery times may occur when a product needs to be sewn up). My aim is for your goods to be dispatched the next day at the latest. In order to have as wide a range as possible, the goods are sent directly from the manufacturer Lenny Lamb or Little Frog in Poland, or from Wear a Baby in Finland, or from Caracor in Sweden or the Netherlands (Yaro) to you. Packages are sent by DHL or UPS with LennyLamb, DHL or DPD (PostNord) with Little Frog and Yaro, PostNord with Coracor or GLS from Wear a Baby.
All prices are stated including VAT. You always see the total amount including shipping in the checkout (free shipping over SEK 1,700 within Sweden) before you approve your order. VAT is included in the price at 25%.
Note! For purchases outside the EU, for example Norway, customs fee may be added. This is not something I charge, but it is the customs in the respective country.
- Klarna Checkout
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whichever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners handles the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store.
Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank. Invoice is the default payment option.

You pay in the same way as when you pay a bill.
Mode of delivery
Your goods are sent directly from LennyLamb in Poland with DHL or UPS. Little Frog and Yaro ship with DPD or UPS. Wear a baby ships with GLS (Schenker).
Price SEK 69, free shipping over SEK 1,700 within Sweden. If you would like to have something sent outside of Sweden, within the EU + Norway we charge a shipping fee of SEK 109 and shipping to the USA is $30.50.
Rent costs SEK 199 + shipping SEK 69. The return is included in the price and the return slip is enclosed in the package together with the carrier that you rent.
The customer is responsible for the carrier as soon as the customer has picked up the package from their agent until the carrier has been returned to us. The customer does not need to machine wash the baby carrier. It is used with care so that unnecessary stains cannot appear.
You rent per week. Should you not send the product back in time, you may be charged for a new rental week. (Ex. if you pick up the package on a Thursday, you return it to your agent no later than the following Thursday). So let me know in good time in case there is an obstacle to handing the package over to the agent on time. You can only rent in Sweden.
IMPORTANT! Should the carrier not be returned at all, we will charge the customer for the cost of a new carrier. All thefts are also reported to the police.
Right of withdrawal/Return/Exchange
The Distance Contracts Act means that you have 14 days of open purchase. The item must be returned unused no later than 14 days from receiving the return slip and the packaging and instructions must be in new condition. The item must not be broken or dirty, it must be able to be sold immediately in the condition it is returned in. It is therefore fine to try it carefully . You will get back the amount for the product including VAT, but you will pay the return shipping yourself , which is SEK 69 within Sweden*, which will be deducted upon refund. Remember that the customer is responsible for the item until it arrives at Baby Kanga.
ATTENTION! In the case of special orders (when a product is sewn up according to the customer's wishes), no returns are accepted. Only if there is something wrong with the product. Not in the purchase of sales products and products that are pre-ordered either.
*(If a product is to be returned outside of Sweden, contact us and we will check the cheapest return cost).

1. For the complaint to be approved, an original receipt must be attached.
2. There is a 12-month warranty for the defective goods (not as described) ordered from our store.
3. Return charges are paid by the customer.
4. In order to return defective goods, the customer must complete an incorrect return form which can be obtained by contacting us (Babykanga), and we will assist you.
5. Complaints will be investigated and findings returned within 14 days of receiving the customer form.
6. Only latent defects are accepted.
7. Returns are not accepted if faults are caused by any of the following:
a. slight deviation in size, fabric color, small and scattered nubs.
b. wear and tear.
c. mechanical faults or faults caused by incorrect and/or inappropriate care.
8. By placing an order with Babykanga, the customer accepts Babykanga's terms and conditions.
Damage to packages and packages that have not been collected
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the transport company's handling, you must contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us.
For unclaimed packages, we charge shipping costs + an administration cost of SEK 100.
Personal data is stored in our customer register when you register as a customer with us. No unauthorized person has access to this register and the information is not disclosed to other companies with the exception of our partners LennyLamb (who receive address information and mobile number) and those who handle payment, invoicing and transport. The customer register is kept in accordance with GDPR, below you can read more about our handling of personal data.
We do not save social security numbers in our customer register, it is only used for invoice payment/account so that our partner Klarna can do a credit check when you shop against invoice.
This policy describes how we handle your personal data when you shop with us, according to current personal data legislation, GDPR, so that you can feel safe shopping with us.
Storage of personal data
We store the information needed to complete a purchase: name, address, mobile number and e-mail address, depending on the payment method, card details or social security number are also stored. We use various partners for payment in the online store. Klarna handles card purchases, invoices, partial payments and direct bank transfer and Paypal direct bank transfer.
Klarna stores name, address, mobile number, e-mail address and any social security number depending on which payment method you use. Social security number is stored when you select invoice or partial payment. Information is saved in accordance with the Accounting Act.
Paypal First and last name, Social security number, Address details, Email address and Telephone number, Payment information: Card details, Bank, Bank account number and details of the purchase.
Newsletter If you sign up to receive our newsletter, your email address is used solely for this purpose, you can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter whenever you want.
Google Analytics collects data about how visitors to our website navigate. The information from here is used to improve our website content.
