The Vanamo Kide Kiuru woven wrap is a lively mix of gray strong linen and soft navy blue, turquoise & natural white organic cotton. 25% linen makes the wrap supportive and the fabric softens quite quickly. This heavy duty woven wrap is suitable for toddlers. An illustrated instruction manual will be included (English).

Vanamo linen blend is a great cool wrap for hot summer days! Linen also adds extra strength to the wrap making it supportive and comfortable even for heavier babies. Vanamo wrap is diagonally elastic and malleable. The special weaving provides optimal support for both the child and the parent. Thick Vanamo Linen wrap is great for big babies and toddlers. Linen baby wraps can be stiffer at first and for newborns we recommend 100% cotton Vanamo - especially if you're a beginner.
The Vanamo Kide fabric is a complex blend of twill and tabby weave that creates the unique structured, porous and comfortable baby wrap. The rich crystal pattern is inspired by the old handwoven Finnish linen textiles. After the first wash, the fabric will fluff up and the unique structure will emerge.
Here's how to care for your Vanamo wrap:
Machine wash in warm water (40 celcius), hang dry, iron on medium heat. Tumble dryers (on low heat) can sometimes be used, but keep in mind that dryers also wear out the fabric faster.
We recommend that you wash the baby wrap before you start using it. The wrap becomes softer and easier to wrap after washing and ironing, and the fabric gets its optimal structure and density. Each baby wrap has a little extra length to shrink.
